  • Thanks to its special newly developed polyurethane film, Yumekaiteki can be used without a waterproof sheet. If a waterproof sheet is used, the patient may get sweaty.
  • Should the exterior get dirty, wipe with a damp cloth. Clothing detergent and disinfectant agents may also be used (alcohol, hypochlorite).
  • As Yumekaiteki uses a permeable film covering, moisture soaks into the mattress over time; wipe off any liquids quickly.
  • Disinfect by wiping with alcohol, ultraviolet illumination, or with formaldehyde gas at 60° C for 120 minutes or less. Disinfection using sodium hypochlorite may leave a foul smell; wipe away as quickly as possible.
  • Should the film covering be torn, cover the tear with the supplied repair tape as soon as possible.
  • In order to preserve the permeability of the mattress and prevent mold, occasionally dry in the shade for around half a day in an area with good ventilation.
  • The mattress does not include a cover. Please use the sheets you have at hand when using.

  • Yumekaiteki uses materials that change shape easily depending on temperature and weight. As such, when using outside of normal temperature ranges, Yumekaiteki may not exhibit its normal texture. Yumekaiteki may exhibit some hardening during low winter temperatures, but will return to normal under normal temperature ranges.
  • Be careful not to catch or tear the film covering with sharp objects.
  • Do not jump up and down on.
  • Do not use in place of a stand to reach objects in high places.
  • Do not use near an open flame.
  • The film covering may change with the passage of time and harden, but this does not change its physical properties.
  • Drying in the sun will cause the film covering to yellow.
  • Do not use for any purpose other than as a mattress.
  • Product specifications may be changed without warning.
  • Temperatures over 70°C will degrade and damage the mattress.
